You own the data you put into TaskWright (customer information, job records, invoices, etc.). We don't claim ownership of your content. However, you give us permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
Our Intellectual Property

Payment Terms
If you're on a paid plan:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
- If payment fails, we may suspend your account until resolved

- TaskWright is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months
This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

You can stop using TaskWright at any time by closing your account. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or for other reasons with notice.
When your account is terminated:
- You'll have 30 days to export your data
- After that period, we'll delete your data from our systems
- Any fees already paid are non-refundable
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service. Continuing to use TaskWright after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
